This place couldn't have done there job any better in my opinion. I saw my bondsman before I got booked and that put my mind at ease knowing that he was on it and to top that they gave us a discount on the bail amount which we needed badly so thanks again angel for everything we appreciate you bro - Robert A.

This is the worst bail company to go through very rude nasty attitude aggressive, threatening approach all the way to the supervisors from the first day of my experience I have been harassed threatened talk very nasty. The only one thing I can say positive is the customer service representative in Fairfield Office Jasmine was very nice and professional. I have been through other bail bond agencies and never experienced this type of treatment. This was a terrible experience. I don't advise anyone to go through this company.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional! Refusing to refund an overpayment on the account. Some of the agents will just hang up on you or yell at you. Would never recommend using this company. Ventura Jail sent me to this company to use so they must be getting a commission from it, but I would never recommend them. Go through the courts instead. I would give 0 stars!
DO NOT GO THRU THEM. Not only did they tell me multiple times they would bail my husband out they also raised the down payment several times (every time I would send more money) they did this for about 3 straight days. Finally on the fourth day they told me he would be released by noon then last minute had someone else get on the phone and tell me that they weren't going to do it at 1pm Then had the nerve to tell my husband that since we're not going use them that there going to take longer to refund my money. Omg I will never use them again they way they have Harassed me in these pass 2wks is just Ridiculous Ceasar is just rude and is always out the office but will Manage to call you about a payment Never again this will be the last $8000 American dollars you will ever get from me. Don't use them just stay outta trouble or find another bails bond
