Quick and professional. However, after my son was released and we came back to check in. They told us to come back. We did the next morning, just to be told to come back again. It is hard to comply when they are understaffed or unable/unwilling to finish the process. Quick to take money, slow to finish the paperwork so you can get on with your life.
Professional and extremely helpful. So glad I chose people who didn't make me feel like a criminal and out me at ease.

I would not even rate this company , because I used them to bail my son out and three days later he was in a fatal accident , he didn't even make it to court and Migul agreed to give me my money back and now they are saying No, he is deceesed . No- one has a heart these days !!!!
worst bail bonds ever! they don't communicate with you what stage of the process their in, they take their time posting your bail, they don't answer phone calls late at night they are definitely don't move quickly when getting you released. I was there from 7pm when bail bonds interviewed me, the bonds lady didn't post my bail until 12:00a.m. even though she had it all that time.
