If there was a way I could give no stars I would have choose tht option. First they promised tht they would bail someone out . They took over 4,000 in cash. Somehow the bail didn't get approved. WHATEVER!! Why would you take over 4,000 in cash knowing there was a possibility tht it wouldn't get approved.. ONCE AGAIN WHATEVER !! Whew let me tell you abt their shitty refund process .. it's going on 2 1/2 weeks and we haven't seen a refund check yet which is holding up the process for another we are going through. This place is garbage and corrupt and the bounty hunters are a joke they will put you on a ankle monitor that they know is faulty and doesn't charge then ask for you to come in and get it fixed and then arrest you saying you breached contract and try to squeeze more $ out of you and then will have their lame employees call you acting like they are the hardest people talking shit over the phone it's comical you guys sit at a desk and answer phones find a new job

Do not use this company. Their services and financial offices are scattered all over. When trying to pay or ask questions, you never get the same person or the same answer twice. Each time you get a different answer or person, they seem to have no record of previous phone calls or contacts, not do they seem to have any concern that you were provided with inaccurate or incomplete information. Can't even give a star, was forced to.Horrible horrible horrible. This place seems friendly, helpful and caring until they get your down payment! My husband is CONSTANTLY being harassed at work, as well as I am. They keep threatening to revoke his bail after giving almost $5000 cash. They state they are open for options but give us NONE! This entity shows via online search as a provider of 'livescan' fingerprinting services. THEY ARE NOT A PROVIDER OF SUCH SERVICE other than as part of their bail procedure. So do not go here thinking you can purchase livescan printing requested or required by an employer, for example. Professionals who design and build web sites generally build into code ways to avoid this kind of misread in search results. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I co-signed on bail for my cousin last year. He went to all of his court dates and even served time. After harassing me on a daily basis, the phone calls stopped one year ago. I called hotline bailbonds to find out what was going on and they told me that since he was serving jail time, I was no longer on the hook.
