Words can't even describe the ease, working with Bail Hotline Bail Bonds. From the moment I called, stuck in the worst position from the stress Aladdin brought upon me, to sitting in front of another bail bonds place that wouldn't answer their phones - I immediately yelped nearby bail bond spots and came across Bail Hotline Bail Bonds. Very professional, courteous staff. Friendly and efficient, quick process. They helped me bail my best friend out with just a signature--i couldnt believe it. The balance was stretched out for several months with low payments. I highly recommend these folks! Angelina an Ivan really came through for us.

So far my experience with bail hotline has been ridiculously messed up. I got all the paperwork and paid them in and complete by 11:05 pm last night. It's now 2:49 am and I'm still sitting here waiting for them to show up at the jail to post my husbands bail. Ok so they worked with me on the payments great. But then they lied to me at 11:05 pm when they said the bail agent was on the way to post the bond. They have HORRIBLE service. You call their number and it sends you to an automated subject and when you pres 1 you're just waiting and waiting and waiting. And it's 12:05 and they open at 12pm-9pm. Whomever is the opener needs to be fired. This is the fourth time I've came and no one was in the building when they were suppose to be. This is disgusting because there's about 4 families waiting outside the office in the freezing cold to pay for their loved ones bail. It's just unacceptable. after I paid bail for someone, the jail released him on his own before bondsman even had time to go and post bond. Suddenly when it was time for them to refund my money they had taken only hours before, My calls were transferred to a line that does not get answered. I started calling about a refund at 9 am and by 3 pm I still had not talked to anyone!
