Very nice people. Genuinely showed they wanted to help. We called several times throughout the day asking for updates and were very understanding.. several locations to chose from here in the IE which made it very convenient.

Bail hotline is one of the best bond agencys around. Their staff is great, always friendly, and very helpful. More specifically James here in Santa Ana. He was very on top of everything and helped me when my mom got into some trouble. He broke everything down, step by step, and made it very easy to understand.
