Very satisfied with Bailey Tree Company. Used them once before for tree removal and this time around for tree trimming and some limb removal. Their crew shows up on time, the work is done in a professional manner and clean up is done to my expectation. Recently, there were a couple of limbs that had grown over my fence into the neighbors yard. They roped them and were able to remove them piece by piece without any damage to my new fence. So far, very pleased with Bailey's work and would hire them again.

Established a good price, set my expectations for the work. Showed up on the agreed upon date, did the work in a neat and timely fashion, friendly crew. Office staff followed up the days work with a call to inform me of the next steps. They met all my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.
We only use Bailey Tree Service. With many years of experience in the business, I know if its being done right. They go over the top to provide great customer service, crews are very polite, thorough and arborists, not hackers. My property looks like i want it to with healthy trees that set off the overall look of my home. I will continue to refer my neighbors and friends to Bailey Tree Service.
Submit Survey Bailey Tree Co – Need replace snipped Maples 7-20-15 1) The tree removal crew did a very good job, all limbs dropped without damaging house or brick planter. 2) The stump removal crew completely removed stump, but did minor damage to planter brick when ramping machine onto raised planter. 3) The tree planting crew worked very hard, but lacked the expertize of planting trees. i.e. Planting Mulch was not mixed with dirt, but dumped in a heap around tree, with 2nd tree only having blob on one side. I had two, very tall, very dead pines in the backyard. Power lines ran between them. I called four companies, including Bailey's, to get a price. Two companies never showed, one company handwrote a price on a scrap piece of paper, and Bailey's, the ONLY company that had a physical person to answer the phone (versus a "leave a message") like the others.
