Finally was able to come inside after many years. Just wanted to share a quick bite of St. Louis Ribs. My friend ordered a Guiness but no luck, they we're out. We both thought the ribs were great. Service was professional and right on!! Can't wait to try the Take Away across the Street.

My friend and I split a full rack of St. Louis ribs with fries and baked beans at Bailey's Smokehouse 136 East Erie St - Blauvelt, NY 10913 (845 398 1454) All were totally excellent. I have been eating in the new Bailey's which is in the small mall, right across the road from the main Bailey's restaurant. There are 5 large tables in a very comfortable setting. First time eating there for lunch. Would go again. Not excellent, but very good BBQ. Had ribs, chicken and sausage platter. Very good portions, I was stuffed. Very friendly bartenders. I was a bit worried when I read comments about it being a "townie" bar, but I didn't get that impression at all.
