RecommendedI'm in Santa Fe for a few weeks each summer to work at the Opera, and a visit to Baja Taco is always a must and a highlight of my trip. Real honest tasty food, lots of vegetarian options, and easy on the budget. I've been taken to a number of Santa Fe's high-end restaurants but I can't say that I've liked their food any better than Baja's. Keep up the great work!
