The services, time, detail, and help we received making our vision become a reality was second to none! Every employ, and the owner himself, were so pleasant to work with. I was so impressed with how well the instillation crew kept their space clean and how well they cleaned up when finished. We had some electrical issues following the install (we were not sure if they were related) and they sent someone out to take care of it for us. I really can t saw enough good things about it! Oh and it s BEAUTIFUL!!!
They were prompt, friendly and competent. I would use them again and would have no reservations recommending them.
Our serviceman fixed a broken sliding screen door which was quite messed up. Apparently it was not installed correctly by another company. He worked very carefully and patiently to get the door operating correctly. He had to lay on the ground and climb a ladder to the top of the door numerous times to adjust it. He was personable, on time, neat and diligent in making it right. He also made a small adjustment to another sliding screen door, all at a reasonable price. We had shades installed on our patio. It was professionally done and we are very happy.
Had a problem with getting an appointment, due to rain and communication with office staff. But the installers did great job. Was in and out, gutters looked great.
