RecommendedI've read all the negative comments, and for all of you... sorry you missed the boat! It took about a month, but after taking this supplement, I'm feeling BETTER! I plan on continuing to do so. At 69, I wake up in the morning and get out of bed! That alone is a miracle because I have health problems and a disability. So, YAY for Balance of Nature!
