I met Dr Kumar at the heartburn ctr to talk about surgery for reflux..he has a wonderful bedside manner..we decided not to do surgery at this time as my reflux has stayed about the same..I would recommend him highly..I wish more Drs were like him..puts you so much at ease!!

Dr Sivakumar gave me a new lease on life. I didn’t realize how much pain my hiatal hernia was causing me until I no longer had the pain. No more meds and quick recovery
Dr Sivakumar was a life saver for me. I was very ill and was trasfered from an out of town hospital. He made me feel safe and I was very well cared for at St. Joseph's hospital. It took a month and a half for he and his excellent PA to get me to the point that I was healthy enough to have surgery. I will never go to another surgeon. He is an excellent Dr. with a great bedside manner.
I had been admitted for 3 days to St Joseph’s for acute abdominal pain. I had the good fortune of Dr. Sivakumar being at the hospital operating on other patients and was able to have him see me at 3 pm, operate at 4pm and be released by 8pm. I’m told that Dr. Sivakumar does not do usually do “on call” surgeries but he went out of his way to perform mine. He is highly recommended by other doctors, hospital staff, family working at the hospital and me. Thank You Dr. Sivakumar! You are great!
Dr. Kumar is an excellent surgeon with great experience. He has done 2 surgeries on me in the last 4 months I have had a great experience recovered quickly! His bed side manner is great I will never go to another surgeon ever! Would highly recommend him to anyone!
I believe Dr. Sivakumar is a gifted doctor and surgeon. I think his kind manner is reassuring. I would most definitely recommend him to others for their and their loved ones care
Worst experience in my life. He operated on me gave me a major complication and ruined my life. He needs to apologize to all the patients he hurt and then quit his job.
