This is by far the best facility in the area. All caring people who really seem to take an interest in their patients. I am currently using Dr Harcourt who has in turn advised surgery so now I see Dr Goldman. Very impressed, and trust me, I am not that easily impressed, coming from a Boston based family of Medical professionals.
If you want to feel belittled when u see a doctor then be sure to come here. After I FINALLY went enough times with shoulder pain I had an MRI. They acted like I was making it up. I was told to call and schedule the surgery. I called in late December and never got a call back. Called again mid January and didn't get a call for over a week. Called another doctor and they scheduled my surgery in 2 days. Stay far far away from this place.
I'm have been a patient for over 11 years but in the last few months the service has gotten awful. I've been trying to get a appointment for the last few months and finally got on the beginning of May and the nurse practitioner ordered a MRI almost 3 weeks ago but no one has called me to schedule it. I have called several times and all they tell me is they will send a message for someone to call me. When I called on Friday they told me they didn't even see where it had been ordered. Have seen just about every Doctor in the practice. Started with Dr. Todd with a total shoulder replacement. Dr. Canale has done four of my back surgeries, with the last one of old hardware removed and new in.
The checkout girls need to seriously work on their customer service. Very rude.
I had no help. My dr basically told me to live with my pain.. I've never asked for pain meds just some help or different treatments I could do to help my situation
