The folks BML were professional and thorough...helping me to understand and deal with issues and questions I had upon inheriting a bunch of mineral rights. They knew exactly what was needed to transfer the 100+ ownerships to the new trust. And they were also able to advise me on a few confusing ownerships and situations about which I “had “not a clue.”

want to share my family’s experience with attorney Glenn A. Brown. In my opinion, he has been a very poor business lawyer for us. About 10 years ago, he assisted my mother with what was supposed to be a sale of her property to the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA). I was very very unhappy; proper commutation was totally nonexistent. Your firm showed no interest in my case and I am still not certain the one I was trying to get my money back was ever contacted. I never saw a copy of any correspondence with them and was told a number of different contradictory accounts. I regret ever engaging with your firm and feel like I paid you for nothing but getting my hopes up falsely and wasting my time. I was even charged extra when I emailed to asked about my refund that was over a week late.
