Ball was very responsive after our septic system backed up into the house. In spite of having complications of their own that day, they got to me quickly and always kept me posted of where they were and when they would show up. Daniel, the driver and technician was very professional and was kind enough to educate me on what to look for to prevent future problems. Fantastic service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
