Very sad that after our bad review regarding our problem with this facility on their website, we get 1 voice message asking us to call them back during business hours and then a couple days later, we get a letter 'DISMISSING" my son from this office. We don't intend on coming back and thank you for dismissing us.

Unfortunately, even if someone publicly states negative remarks or states that they do not wish to return to our office, we are required to send you an acknowledgment to ensure that you are in the process of finding another dentist. These types of letters are not meant to be a provocation and we have no choice but to send them. We wish you all the best with your new practice.
We brought our 3 year old here when she knocked her front tooth out on the playground, and it was her first dentist visit. I chose this dentist because I saw on their website that they advertise being "very experienced with special needs kids". My little girl has special needs, and because of that goes through many procedures which has left her very scared of any kind of doctor. I appreciate the reviewer complimenting me and my staff. Given that, I feel that the 1-star review is not warranted here simply because their third party payor does not cover all procedures. Unfortunately, physicians and dentists are unable to dictate to third party payor's, such as private insurance companies and state legislatures (who decide reimbursement on Medicaid programs), how much should be paid for procedures and what procedures should be covered.
