The staff is so professional and friendly. I really feel like they value me as a renter which is sometimes a hard thing to find in a landlord. I plan on staying with Ballard for a while.
Ballard Property Management has truly been a pleasure to work with in all ways. Their staff is amazing. Their office location is awesome. The building I live in is always kept up. My maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I can't say enough good things about Ballard Property Management. A breath of fresh air compared to what I have dealt with renting in the past. I am not sure why there is so much negative stuff about this company??? Property management seems like a very difficult job and in my opinion they do it exceptionally. I think some people may be being a little sensitive about some things. They manage my building and myself and all of my tenants have always been very happy with their service. Very open and honest. All the negative reviews need to learn to understand the rental market. What do they expect, Ballard Realty to work for free? Get real people. As companies go, this was a very honest place to work with.

I recently purchased my first duplex and Angela walked me through installing the first tenants. I had lots of questions and needed lots of hand holding. She was very patient and pleasant to work with and had great attention to details!!
I have been renting from Ballard Property Management for several years and have been so pleased with the level of service I have received. The staff has always been so attentive and quick to solve any maintenance concerns that I have. I know they manage many apartments around Ballard, but I always feel as if I am their only tenant when speaking to them. I would recommend this family business to anyone looking to rent a fabulous apartment with a excellent level of professionalism from the staff!
