Hired this company to manager my rental. They generated zero showings and recommending it was priced too high and to dramatically lower the rent. I knew this wasn't the case because it was newly remodeled. I hired a new property manager who generated dozens of showings and got us the rent that was much higher than Ballard Realty proposed. They are NOT friendly neighborly - more like aggressive and unwilling to make and unnecessary situation right ! The property across the ally from me has been empty for 2 months -There is room for 4 cars to park - I live next to it and occasionally park there due to construction on my block - I was parked there for 3 hours on a Friday afternoon - and when I came out to move my truck - it was gone !!! Seriously.. But instead of someone in the office pitching in 2 bucks you start an eviction process? No amount of explaining can justify that. I can only assume the previous two generations had more common sense and compassion then shown here. You all should be disgusted with yourselves. And worse add on almost 300 bucks in fees. This is what gives property managers a bad name.
Evicting a family for writing a check that was $2 short is disgusting, get it together.
Really, evicting someone for $2? Shame on you. I"ll make sure to stay away from any of your properties and recommend others do the same.
