The entire staff at Ballas are friendly and professional. I feel confident of the care I receive each time I have visited.
Ballad Dental Care was easy to make an appointment. I had my teeth cleaned and a check-up. Will return for check-up in 6 months-- very easy and friendly Dental practice.
As usual, I was attended to within minutes of my arrival. My hygienist was very professional and gave me just the right amount of "scolding" to use my electric toothbrush and water pick daily.
I was treated exceptinally well during my recent visit, which given my “fear” of the dentist’s office was quite the accomplishment. The hygenist that attended to me was very kind and considerate in her work with me, which was the better portion of 3 hours. Overall a nice experience and a confidence builder moving forwards!

I have been a very "naughty" patient and have not been to the dentist for quite a while. My filling came out and I had to go to the dentist to have a crown put on. My experience was excellent! Dr. Haines was super nice and explained everything throughly as to what needed to be done and my different options. I actually look forward to going back in two weeks to have my permanent crown put on and I will definitely be having twice yearly check ups to get back on track. Super nice and courteous staff and doc's!
This was my first visit to Ballas Dental Care, and I can't say enough about care and professionalism I received. From the time I called to make the appointment to the completion of my visit I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. Thanks to Dr. Haines, Samantha, Meagan, and everyone I talked to for making my visit a pleasant experience.
