Dr Watanabe's assistant was great. Very pleasant and made me feel at ease.

I recommend Dr Watanabe and Ballas dental all the time. I love Brandy who teaches me something new about caring for my teeth every time I see her. And she is painfree in her work on my teeth, as is Dr Watanabe. Friendly, efficient and organized office.
Step was wonderful. She puts me at ease which is what I need badly.
Mary did her normal 1st class service.
Steph usually works with Dr Wantanabe. She is always extra friendly and extremely conscientius. It's nice dealing with the same people.
EVERYONE at Ballas Dental Care makes me feell welcome and at ease. I get nervous at medical appointments but I would probably get over that completely if all practices were run like Ballas Dental because the atmosphere is calm, positive, and friendly.
I felt good when I left there he did exactly like I asked and didn't hound me for the other work that I need done ! You're not in my insurance network but I will gladly come back !! Thank you very much , and by the way this is Wednesday and I have no pain in there thank you again !!
