Dr. Watanabe has always been kind, respectful & comforting. Yesterday’s tooth extraction went as he predicted. Erica was great. I truly enjoyed her running commentary & cheerleading. It really helped lessen the anxiety. All the staff are helpful, kind & courteous. I’m glad Ballas Dental exists.
Ballas Dental Care is amazing and Dr. Haines is awesome! He checks every single box you hope to find in an amazing dentist from trustworthy, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, & is truly an expert! Can’t say enough good things about him & all of his outstanding friendly staff! Highly recommended Dr Haines he’s the best.
Dr Watanabe is the best dentist. He makes impossible things possible. He has Best personality and best bedside manner, friendly, passionate and loves what he does, the best service and the best dentist I ever meet. All his staff are very helpful and kind. I recommend him highly and that’s why I drive 1.5 hours to see him for my dental care.
This was my first visit to Ballas Dental Care and they did not disappoint. I loved the entire office atmosphere!! Everyone was friendly and professional. My visit went exceptionally well and I was very pleased with the services I received by everyone.
Dr. Chip Haines is incredible and the entire office staff is so welcoming and compassionate. I have extreme anxiety regarding dental work due to sensory issues and at no point did I ever feel criticized or embarrassed by this. The environment is everything I have needed and the exceptional dentistry has been everything I desired in order to gain control of my dental health.
