On August 25th my neighbors had their roof done by Banes. We live in a twin (important info). During the day and a half of the project my entire front yard was covered in their supples and tools.This also included a lawn sign that was several feet over he property line into our yard. Upon completion of the project (after "clean up") we found pieces of shingles and debris all over our yard. We had a tree hit our house right after we signed a contract to sell it. Banes came in and promised to complete all repairs within our very short time-line. We signed the contract and they replaced our roof. After settling on the sale of the house the new owner contacted us to say they missed sistering two rafters. We called Banes and they said they would go out the next day and finish the job. THEY DID NOT! Now they won't return our calls or emails! We paid for this work!
