Had an appointment that was scheduled. It was canceled and I was not notified. When I called next business day the receptionist was rude and took no responsibility for not contacting me about the cancellation. When I asked to be fit in ASAP because of their cancellation, they were not accommodating. Would not recommend. Very poor and rude customer service.
Bangor Dental Associates could improve by answering messages left on their answering machine. Really not a very well thought out business. Also the receptionist is pretty rude. I wouldn't recommend. No payment plan either, so if you don't have insurance you have to pay in full, day of.
