Waited 45mins for a referral & prescription. I felt like the doctor didn’t listen when I had told her I had spoken with the specialist already as she disagreed with the advice I had received. Very frustrating.
1. I was sent a text message saying I needed to do a 3 montly review for my health care plan. When I saw the doctor, I was told no the review wasnt due. Then I was charged an out of pocjet fee fir a review I neither wanted nor deeded at that time. 2. I got a $75 bill for pathology for a test that is no longer covered by medicare without a clinical reason noted. This change occurred in July 2025.
