My lender was very helpful in making the process easy and smooth. They were timely in providing information. They were understanding on my situation of being a first time home buyer. They were willing to answer any of questions about the process. They were readily available via email or phone to talk to if I needed it. I was able to learn a lot about the home buying purchase by working with the members of my lender company. I was able to get a discounted rate on my home insurance because of their own insurance offer.
