James Gay with Bank South made the process of refinancing my home an easy and pleasant experience. Some banks make the process difficult if you are self employed as I am. That wasn’t the case with James and Bank South.
I recently worked with Kristy on the purchase of a new home. The last few months was not an easy time to secure a mortgage, but she walked me through the process and was always available to answer my many questions, making the process as simple as possible.
Micole was very clear and straightforward in her answers leaving nothing to be second guessed. She was very communicative and always responded when needed.
We loved working with Kristy!! We were first time home buyers so naturally we had tons of questions, but Kristy was always available to work with us and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Kristy and Bank South!! They made our home buying experience as smooth as possible.
Chris went above and beyond. It didn't feel transactional, this was my 4th mortgage loan and by far the best, easiest and smoothest. I am not an easy customer, I have a ton of questions and sometime ridiculous reactions, and Chris was patient and answered all of my concerns and random questions. Oh and the app is pretty easy to use and keep track of stuff. That was a huge plus.
Keith and his team were great to work with. We were doing an investment property and everything just went very smoothly. Everything is digital which kept the process moving quickly. Any issues that popped up were handled immediately. Great team!
Sue Ann was great to work with, covered all bases and communicated well at every step. She was very helpful with the app for BSM and it also made the whole experience better.
