The experience we had with Stephanie was fantastic. I’ve purchased or refinanced 9 properties over the last 5 years and have worked with a few lenders. The process and status of your loan is often ambiguous between submittals and final approvals, which can lead to stress in an already stressful time. From beginning to end the transparency and communication was flawless. Even my realtor commented on how much easier Stephanie made his job with the negotiation and closing. Highly recommend.

Craig was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were new to the ATL area and Craig was able to talk through the current mortgage climate and prepare us for what, when, and why, we needed anything. He was available by text or phone at any time and guided us through the process to make it stress free and effortless. The app that Bank South uses is also really helpful. We will be using Craig when we buy our next property. Highly advise for you to do the same!

Stuart Saunders is very nice to deal with and made the whole process of getting a loan very simple. He is kind, very positive and has a great personality. Stuart is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining the loan process and interest rate lock during the building phase of my home. He was so helpful in explaining the details of the closing sheet and kept me stress free. I ended up getting an awesome rate and am extremely happy. I would work with him again in the future.

My wife Teddi and I relocated to Savannah from Maryland. We made on offer on our dream home in the middle of May and were able to work with Michael and his team to get the financing in place to close by June 10th. Ryan was awesome! He made the refinance process easier by keeping the communication between all parties going smoothly. He answered our many questions very quickly.
