The team handling our account were friendly, knowledgeable, and understood the time table needed to get this done on time. They followed up and kept us in the loop during a time of increasing interest rates. They were interested in our new purchase as if they were friends. The best experience we've had with a financial institution in a long time.

I recently went through a divorce and was trying to figure out if I should sell my home that I had lived in for 12 years or purchase new. Michael was a guiding force as well as educator on pros and cons of staying in my house or buying new. Financially it just made sense to buy new and he helped make it all happen. Very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Great communication despite we were in two different states. I was concerned about having to travel to have to do business in person but everything was made simple and kept on a good time schedule. We will be using them again for future purchases.
