I was very pleased with Carol Schretter. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Whenever I called her, she always answered her phone and was pleasant. Carol went beyond her duties as a lender. I've purchased numerous homes in the past, and not one lender has ever attended a closing. I would highly recommend Carol. Extremely nice lady!

This has been my 4th home purchase using Carol, and I absolutely enjoy working with her. She is always easily accessible and always gets back to you as promised. She is very knowledgeable and understands what will and will not work, so that it is easier for you as a customer to make decisions when purchasing a home. As long as Carol is in the mortgage industry, I will continue to use her services!

Kelley is the best out there she will take care of everything and you won’t believe how easy and smooth to buy a house is excellent communication and she will answer your questions anytime as fast as possible great experience thanks for everything and she has one of the best team out there.

I couldn't be happier with the care and attention to detail that Michael and Krista provided. They were with us every step of the way for the purchase of our home. They answered all questions and concerns promptly and made the process easy to understand. I felt like I had known then long before I actually met them. I highly recommend them!

This whole process has been great and stress free. The hardest part was finding the house my wife and I could agree on. The Team was there every step of the way answering questions. We were a little nervous at first with all friends and family warning us of there experience. They must of not had the team like we did working for them. Overall, I greatly appreciate Michael and his team for taking great care of us.

Michael Caputo and his team made buying a house simple and easy for me! As a single mom and not having alot of time on my hands they did most of the work for me. If I had any questions or concerns they were available when it was convenient for me. They work great together as a team and it really shows! I was referred to them through a good friend and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
