Christie kept up with every aspect of my loan; very prompt, great attention to details and was in generally totally a pleasure to work with. Every question I had for her whether it be via a phone call or email she was prompt and always had the answer for me. I don't know of anything that she could have done better. Yes, she thoroughly explained every step of the loan process from beginning to closing.
