Being a first time home buyer, I don't think anyone out there could have made this process any easier. From the pre-approval all the way up to closing, she handled everything like a pro. My real estate agent referred me to her and I immediately went on her site to prequalify. A few hours after applying online, I decided to give Kristy a call to 1) introduce myself 2) tell her who I was referred by and 3) ask her the timeframe in which I could find out how much I would be prequalified for.
