This place is amazing! They really are what the definition of an urgent care clinic should be. I barely had to wait at all to get back and be seen and the nurse practitioner was amazing! The staff actually listens to you and truly cares about your concerns! 10/10 stars in my book!
I took my mother to this urgent care location and they were incredibly kind. Each staff member that we encountered truly cared and did their job well. Their X-ray tech wasn't trained to do a hip X-ray (she was still training), so they brought in another X-ray tech that was stopping by for other reasons and she stayed and did my mom's X-ray. 10/10! I've never been to a clinic & felt so HEARD. The appointment was a conversation & not a tell-you-sation. Referrals sent, meds prescribed, & communication clear; when i say that l won't go to a different clinic, oh boy do I mean it! Thank you, K. SPANN!
My kids and I have been here several times in the past two years for various reasons. They are always incredibly kind and professional. We are always seen quickly and provided with excellent care. I recommend them to everyone. They've never charged my card without letting me know and providing a receipt, in all that time. I trust them completely.
They will let you make an appointment, fill out all the paperwork and take your credit card info, THEN tell you the doctor can't see you without your PCP referral. Front desk is inhumane and careless, just there collecting a paycheck. Do yourself/ sick kids a favor and rather take them to their PCP, do NOT go to this location. I went to the one in Conway and had no problems, no PCP referral required there either.
Worst place ever. Walked in, completed the information on the tablet on for them to say oh with Medicaid you have to get a referral from a doctor. It's called urgent care for a reason. Stupidest shit I ever hear. Then you have to $120 or you can't be seen... Sad... Will never go back.
Me and my so went here to get tested for covid after the holidays. We got here around 11 am and they said they have a long wait list, and made us an appt for 2:30. We got here at 2:20 and went inside to check in. We were told there are currently 4 people in front of us. Didn't seem too bad so we waited in the vehicle. ... 4:15 is when they have a room available for his 2:30 appt.... I work with a schedule that also accepts walk ins. I understand to a certain point. i only been one time to this clinic and I WILL NOT GO BACK. when checking in the receptionist took my information and my debit card information. I asked her why she needing to keep my debit card info she said that it is just kept on record so when i come in next time they will already have it and i wouldn't have to give this information again. i always check my bank account. i noticed that a payment came out that i was not aware of it showed it came from this clinic. the number was attached so i googled the information to co... read more
Make sure you double check how they have your information in their system. They had my address wrong. I was seen in November 2017, my insurance responded in December, by January, I WAS ALREADY IN COLLECTIONS. They only sent me one bill TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. The billing service they use was very rude, the supervisor was very nice, but the representative was not. It was ridiculous what I had to go through for being falsely sent to collections.
