It's much harder to get in to see my PCP, and takes forever once I'm there, so I use this facility for all of my routine medical needs (viruses, non-emergency injuries, etc.) The whole staff is great here. The last time, they were able to x-ray me to see if I had broken bones from a fall. I've used this clinic several times in the past 2 years. You get in and out quickly. It has to be pretty major for me to go to my PCP now.

I was in and out in apx 15 minutes. Great staff and knowledgable treatment. Not only would I return for treatment, but my parents live down the street and I recommended they use this health care center.

Vehical accident. My nephew was refused service cause he had an vehical accodent and didnt have the money to pay.even tho he is on medicate. Such bs

They have a Rude front desk person. Dr are not thorough and don't care and talk about you in the other room.

Horrible! Made an appointment at 10:15 didn't get called back until after 11. Was put in a waiting room and taken to get X-rays. After X-rays was put back in a room waiting for the doctor. 11:45 and I walk out and ask the desk if the doctor would be in soon and she stated she was charting but would be in soon. She was on her phone and not charting. If you want to waste your time this is the place to come. Not punctual and not friendly. Won't be coming to this urgent care again!

Made appointment for covid test. I signed in outside early and enough time to do all the paperwork. It showed me as 3rd in line. I waited a while then called but the number from their google listing isn't working. I finally go in an hour past my appointment time. Crowded waiting room seemed like a bad idea to me. I tell the lady at the desk that I was waiting outside. She tells me the internet was down and they can't see any of that. Starts to give me more paperwork and says there is a 3 hour wait. I presented with ear pain and sore throat. Fever but not at time due to ibuprofen. No tests were performed even though I requested them. Diagnosed with allergies. I obviously progressed overnight and went to MedExpress where tests were actually run and found I had strep. My tonsils were close to being abscessed and needed to be monitored closely. both my sons tested pos for covid so i went to get tested at the Bryant location, once there i went in to registar was told to wait outside in my vehicle, less than five minutes the girl at the front desk came out and got my debit card and returned it promptly. I asked her how long was the wait she replied aprox two hours so i went across the street to get some lunch, told her what i was doing, gone about 15 min. after waiting for two hours i went back inside to ask how much longer? she very rudely told me that since i left ... read more

Great care and service, but the people that do the charges are doing it wrong. The billing is outsourced, which is fine and probably better that way, but the submitted charges are often incorrect. I have had two instances of this occurrence. If I didn't know any better, I would have paid it. I wonder how many people don't know any better.
