My 10-month old infant with strep and croup was refused service by this facility because I “only have one insurance”. They wanted my credit card information to store on file for any charges not paid by insurance. I informed them I did not want to put my credit card on file - as per normal billing practices, they could bill me for any costs not covered by my health plan. They debited $300 out of our account on 6/27. My wife called to question the charge and they said it would take 7-10 business days for an answer. We have yet to hear anything back which isn’t surprising and we have not even been there since December of ‘22!! 🤬🤬🤬
I am very dissatisfied with your covid swab policy to see a patient afterwards. If a patient doesn’t wish to waste anyone’s time it’s ridiculous that you charge them a no show fee. Will be looking for another provider. Don’t need a money grubber doctor.
The lady that sits at the desk in the front is VERY rude!!!! Not only was she rude to me but she was very rude to a man that was checking out with his son. He was talking to her about a bill he didn’t know about and she cut him off and rudely said, “Do you just want to pay today’s visit with the card on file.” Terrible, terrible attitude.

The front desk lady of this Urgent Care is extremely rude. I had an appointment and I had been passed over by 4 people that came in after me. When I asked about it, she said, "they had appointments". I reminded her that I did too. I walked out not being seen and I will not go back there.
The entire staff was super nice. Sadly when I go to my actual PCM, they make me feel like I’m annoying them by interrupting their work. Not one of the staffers at the UC made me feel like I was interrupting anything they did.
Been here for at least two hours still haven’t seen a doctor and it’s not even busy
