I normally do not go to urgent care; however; I was lucky enough to go right in to get a covid test right before they closed for the day. They took me right in and helped me out. Staff was very kind and funny. Thank you!

Took my wife in. She was so very sick. Very professional staff from the front desk to the Doctor. The staff made sure that we were in our network. Jessica was very attentive and so very nice. ALL of the staff really listen and care! Something not seen in a lot of PCP's offices and definitely not seen in urgent care centers.
Appointment at 12:30, saw NP at 1:58. Dr spent 5 minutes with me. prescribe antibiotic for sinus infection. i was not given any paperwork of any kind when I left.
Billed well near $600 for a basic visit, after insurance I had to pay $225 of it, and for what? A less than 2 minute visit after I wanted 75 minutes to be seen. No doctor, only a physician's assistant. I spent $135 on Rx. After I finished the medication with NO change, I called back to see if I could see the PA again without paying (since I already paid so much and was misdiagnosed). I was charged $581 just for the office visit. The doctor was in the room 2-3 minutes and didn't do anything-not tests, no prescriptions, barely looked at me. I had to go to my regular doctor the following Monday to get a prescription. This place is just using insurance to make money.
I had an appointment with the urgent team telehealth..They charged my card $75 before my appointment and the doctor, never came online, canceled my appointment and notated that he recommended me to see a doctor in-person. These fools haven't refund me yet. I filed a claim with my bank on this company.
Unprofessional! I went running one evening and got bit by a dog. I didn't feel the need to sit in an emergency room and take up time for real emergencies so I go to this minor medical. I see they are open until 8pm and drove 30 mins to the nearest and open location. I walk in about 7:30-7:35pm, no one is at the front desk so I sign myself in to the iPad.
