Failed to call in my prescription. Now I must wait until tomorrow, if I'm lucky, to get started on shingles medication. Totally unacceptable. Urgent Team called me and tracked down my prescription, which had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. I'm so appreciative of their efforts!

For it being my first time visit ever i was extremely pleased, staff is so nice and they try to get you in and out. Really considering making it my regular health clinic!

They took very good care of me after my regular doctor missed that I had the flu and strep! They listened and showed great compassion to how I felt. They didn't dismiss any of my symptoms.

I've been working out of state and needed to renew my MS medical card for my CDL in a hurry because the state sent the notice letter to me while I was gone. Another place listed in town for doing them closed at noon, so I called here and they said they did them to my relief. If you don't mind waiting a long time this is a good place to come to get your med cert renewed. The ladies were nice and once I was finally seen it went quick and was simple. My fiancé had a walk in for a DOT physical. Waited over an hour until he got called back. The receptionist went to the bank for 30+ minutes so he had no way to check what was taking so long. Finally found out only one person was working. If he wouldn't have paid before hand he would have left. Do not recommend unless you like spending your entire day at the urgent care.

I came here to get a COVID test for my two year old daughter because she had a medium grade fever. Not terribly high. The receptionist knew what we were there for. After waiting in our car for TWO HOURS we were told that they would not perform the covid test and that my daughter needed to go to the ER because she needed a chest xray and a blood test. My 84 year old father went Monday to get COVID test. He was told it would be between 2 and 2 1/2 hr. Wait. They told him he could come back Tuesday morning at 8am. He agreed and they made him an appointment. He was there before 8. He saw several people who arrived after he did go into the clinic after he had checked in. This place was horrible! The Sheila, CRNP was concerned about where I worked versus my heart palpitations. She didn't care. She didn't tell me to go to the ER. She said, let your PC doctor handle that. Being a urgent care facility is about more than prescribing Tylenol and giving a flu shot. I don't understand how this nurse practitioner still has a license and can practice.

I specifically sent my mother to this place because I was diagnosed with the flu and possible strep throat. I had been in Columbus with her nearly a week, so chances were I gave her the flu. They checked her for strep and asked her if she got the flu shot. She said yes and the female provider she saw sent her home. My mom said she got the impression it was like " your 87 it's time you die! ". They sent her home with no meds and told her to call an internist. For what? She has the flu!
