Donna was a very thorough professional who offered many suggestions and ideas to our vacation needs. Her expertise and knowledge of traveling into Jordan, and Allenby bridge helped us feel confident and took the pressure off us for all of our planning needs. She provided every detail, walked us through specifics and helped us when we needed to make changes. We would recommend Barakeh Travel, but especially Donna- highly professional, great in her follow up and felt we were in great hands!

I called them today and talked to Dana to help me find a ticket today for a family emergency related trip. Dana was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, friendly, professional, and on top of things. She texted me and called me throughout the day until I have all travel related docs (COVID19 test, international declaration forms, etc.) completed. She even called me on my way to the airport to make sure I have all what I needed to make it to my destination. Thank you Dana, from the bottom of my heart for your work and care.
