James and max the service technician are really professional knowledgeable and efficient the replacements parts were installed and my deck was kept clean no mess I will definitely use bbqpro for any future service
Yonathan did a great job refreshing my Napoleon barbecue.it took him about 90 minutes ..but he ground off all the baked on soot, cleaned the elements, iron grills and igniters (now all 4 work!). Seems hello did you?it seems to heat up,to a higher temp and it looks brand new. This was my dreaming in the nine years Ive had the barbecue. I dont know why I waited so long all I had to do was re-season the iron grills with some Crisco and I was all set for the season!
My 10 year old BBQ looks brand new. All the broken parts were expertly fixed!

I found Barbeque Pro on Homestars, as well as doing my own research. Original appointment was scheduled for July 2nd (yes, their services are in high demand), which was a long time to wait. I asked for and was put on cancellation list and I got my appointment yesterday (this past Saturday). Our technician was Sasha. He is very knowledgable and ready to help. BBQ Pro technician came out and cleaned and serviced our Bull BBQ - made it shine like it was brand new! Showed me how to start the BBQ (never used) and helped me to source a new handle as the original was not in good shape (metal was coming off).

Nikolai from bbq pro cleaned our bbq this week. Couldnt be happier with his work. Our bbq looks brand new and he made sure it was in perfect working condition. This service so worth it.

Cole and Shane brought both of our Napoleon gas BBQs back to pristine condition. We were amazed at what they were able to accomplish. They respected our property and were very pleasant. We are thrilled with the result and with the overall service.
