BBQ Cleaning Service technican ( Pedro) was excellent. Prealerted us that he was on his way. Arrived on time, did an unbelievable cleaning of our BBQ, he cleaned up the area once he was done. He was very meticulous about his cleaning and made sure I was happy. He took all the precautions being safe while he was here. I will definitely call Barbeque Pros again and will specifically ask for Pedro. Call them if your looking to clean your BBQ. Great job everyone.

Mistake acknowledged and fixed As like in every business this one made a mistake. However, what shows that they are far above and beyond the best is they admit when they make a mistake and will do everything they can make it right by refunding all my money and offered a free service at a later date. Awesome experience.

Napolean BBQ Full Cleaning & Cedar Plank Cleaners Overall I’m happy with the BBQ cleaning (May 9, 2019) and would use them again. There was an issue with this 2019 cleaning and after calling them, they came back out to fix and provided a $50 credit towards my 2020 BBQ cleaning, if I chose to use them again, which I did. They only offer full & complete detailed cleaning. Bbq cleaning I used Barbecue Pro Inc to clean our barbecue. The service person sent was very efficient and did an excellent job. It looked like a brand new barbecue when he was done. I would highly recommend using this company!

Annual bbq cleaning Fantastic work, bbq looks brand new and works perfectly. Highly recommend this service, as it eliminates hot spots and adds years to your bbq! This is the second year in a row I’ve used bbq pro and will continue to do so

BBQ cleaning My 14 year old Napoleon BBQ had never been cleaned other than scraping it a couple of times a year with a putty knife. The BBQ still functions well but the grease and grime had accumulated over all of those years. Pedro was assigned to attend at my house and clean my BBQ. His efforts took over two hours and he was dedicated to doing a super thorough job. The outcome is FANTASTIC. It almost looks new. Great value for the fee.
