Pretty good customer service, good cleaning job. I chose to get quotes from a few companies and this business provided me with a good price. The communication was ok, it fell off after a few back and forth emails trying to settled on a date. We were very happy after we got an appointment; the tech was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. He even said the BBQ wasn't that bad and that he was happy to call the office and cancel if I so chose, but I decided to go ahead with it since he'd come all that way. Cleaned our Ducane barbecue Mark came on time completely prepared. He knew more about our Ducane barbecue than I did and, as well as cleaning the barbecue to a shine, he gave me several tips for future barbecuing events. He finished on time and returned the site to as it was. He was personable and professional. We'll be sure to ask for him to come back again.

Clean BBQ, install new starter. My barbeque is 7 years old. I hadn`t used it for 2 years due to a temporary location without outdoor space. Barbeque Pro priced several alternatives for me. I decided to have them proceed with cleaning and a new starter. They showed up on time, did a thorough and professional job and showed me how to properly use the appliance. Perfect job and I highly recommend this service.

BBQ cleaning Orwell from Barbeque Pro did an AMAZING job! I was expecting someone with a degreaser to show up and do the job in half an hour or so. But Orwell completely disassembled the barbeque and cleaned and polished everything down to the metal. When finished, the unit looked showroom ready, it was really amazing. Service was first rate, polite, punctual and high quality, will be doing this every 2 years or so w/out reservation.

BBQ cleaning I am a repeat customer of Barbecue Pro. They clean my Weber grill so thoroughly it looks like it has been unpacked out of the box! Given all the tools needed to get the grill looking like new and the amount of grease, the Pro crew has never left any mess behind! Akin and his partner are professional and friendly. I recommend Barbecue Pro to EVERYONE. I don't start the BBQ season with them!

Weber BBQ better than new Our Weber BBQ gleamed after they cleaned it! Literally. As well the ignition starter that had never worked on our BBQ from new, was now working. Amazing. There was no sign of where all the grunge had gone as our patio was spotless. These guys are great - we'll definitely have them back!

BBQ cleaning The worker actually showed up earlier than expected. Did the job thoroughly, cleaned up afterwards. I found it rather expensive as prices are based on the size of the BBQ and mine is huge, but I knew about that beforehand. That's the only matter that keeps me from giving absolutely top marks.

BBQ cleaning - like new My BBQ had 8 years worth of grease and grime built up. Bbq pro arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after they were done and left me with a BBQ that looked like it was brand new out of the box. Can't recommend these guys enough!
