Everyone was so kind. From the front desk staff to the Doctor and everyone in between. I felt heard and did not feel like the tech or Dr. were rushing my appointment. They took their time with my cautious/nervous boy and it was the best vet experience I've ever had, and the best my big guy has ever behaved at a clinic. I definitely found a new home base. 🐾

Both of our babies come here and we are always treated so well! Pitties come with such a stigma and so we appreciate that the staff don’t see them that way. We have always had great experience here and they have taken such great care of our kids! Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore Dr Baker. I have a very grouchy Pekingese who has had to have acupuncture and laser therapy for a couple of months now and she is so patient and kind with him. I have complete trust in her and appreciate her so much. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.
I absolutely love this Vet! I have a 19 week old Newfie and they have taken incredible care of him. I’m so impressed every single time by how caring and gentle the whole staff is. I’m always greeted so nicely and they’re so sweet to my Sammy boy. 10/10 recommend taking all of your fur baby’s here for the best care!

I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff and doctors at BVH. They take care of my dog like he is their own! I appreciate that all of the doctors take the time to explain procedures, medications, diagnosis, etc... I trust that they are not going to put my dog through unnecessary procedures. And my dog LOVES going to see “his friends” there!! Thank you for all that you do!
