Well, I can't believe I haven't written a review yet - but better late than never! My dog, Jet, has been coming to Bark & Zoom for 7 years, practically since they opened, and we couldn't be happier. There are so many positives to highlight. First, I really appreciate the rotating play and rest schedule that Taurus/Bark & Zoom uses, which differs from other facilities in the area. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bark&Zoom! They are essentially my second family and the only folks I want taking care of my 3 pups while I'm traveling... which admittedly is a lot! The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just overall attuned to all the things that come with managing an incredibly busy boarding/training facility. Anything my pups need, they get! I Love bringing my dog here for daycare playdates and boarding. You can't beat the location and the staff is great.
Bark and Zoom literally saved my dogs life. I am a long time client of Bark and Zoom. I dropped my dog Eli off on Friday for an overnight weekend outing, like he likes to do at times. I got a call from McKenzie saying that they think Eli has bloat and they are taking him to an emergency hospital. Luckily I work at said emergency hospital and immediately met them up there. Excellent place for my dogs. Great concept: drop dogs and car then shuttle to ABIA. Return is just as simple. We've been customers for at least four years. Lots of options for add-ons. One dog gets snuggle time and the other gets enrichment puzzles. They also get baths. The play yard is included and entirely closed in and safe. Excellent staff on boarding side. Cat service is great! My senior boy needs some special attention. Wet food. Thyroid pill. Had dental surgery and got some teeth pulled a few months prior too his stay. I've had trouble finding reliable in home, cat experienced pet sitters in my area. Austin is the nearest place that even offered cat boarding in a facility. Just got done with a weekend of cat boarding! I was very impressed with their quick service and texting capabilities! Becca was so great at pick up and even showed me a video she had taken of my kiddo playing in their awesome cat play rooms. They were also great with getting down feeding instructions or seeing if I needed anything else extra done for my cat. I was not worried at all about her while I was gone. Just picked up my pooch from her first visit at bark and zoom. It was only three nights and of course I was worried. From the initial call to make sure my dog had all the current vaccinations to the evaluation day to the actual stay the customer service was stellar. These people love their jobs and love dogs. I think it was a bit of expensive as I moved here from a much smaller city but I must say completely worth it and I'll do it again.
