We recently took our German Shepherd here for a weekend stay. We used to go to Action Pack which we loved, but they no longer have overnight staffing. Overnight care and fire sprinklers are extremely important to us and I love that Bark & Zoom offers both of these! The webcam was awesome to be able to checkin on our baby anytime and the report cards were awesome to see how she was doing. This is the only place I will board my dogs. I have one with special issues and they are AMAZING with him. They are professional and super friendly. Mackenzie and Jess are amazing to work with. They understand all kinds of needs of my dogs.
I have dreaded boarding facilities for years. I've never felt comfortable enough leaving my pups with anyone as the industry is sub-par at best. Well, not Bark and Zoom. I boarded my boys after having lived in the area for just one week. I didn't have the opportunity to try out a facility and make up my mind, I just had to trust the reviews were honest. My 2 dogs did their evaluation day yesterday. Everything went well, they seemed very happy and the staff invited them back. The facility was very nice, well equipped and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and informative. I will update this review after their next extended boarding.
A bit more expensive than Petsmart. My puppy has stayed here, but once I called too late and they were booked solid!! Totally my fault, but in enters Petsmart. They gave me such a big discount, and so many smaller discounts, since the first visit. My puppy has developed a friendship with a few of the staffers at Petsmart. So, I don't mind making the drive out to Brodie Ln. All matters is that my pup is happy.😊
