Initially we were happy with the product we were receiving, we bought the Ranier 24, a barn house. Our shipment came incomplete and earlier than expected which cost us time and money to get our project started. It was also stated that we would be receiving instructions on how to put the kit together, when we asked for them we were told there weren't instructions only tips and tricks on how to build a barn! I've called a couple times and haven't received a call back. Hubby also emailed questions and no word. In the beginning they called and sent me the book but nothing since the price raises!
