The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Our meals were promptly served and well prepared .
We went here just to check it out and were not disappointed. The signature is a Peking Duck, which is about as good as you will find in the US. Their pea vines were large, but somehow tender. I loved the passion fruit prawn appetizer - a slightly different take on honey prawns. Service was a little rough, but I think they were operating with a lean crew (seems normal these days) and we never felt neglected.
(++) Foods was great. In particular chef's special (Sea Bass) was great. The ambiance and noise level was very good. (-) Server forgot our drinks and our asks to talk with kitchen team members about an allergy. I bring wife and daughter (who has egg allergy). (!) Restaurant owner should train their servers about customer allergies if they would like to operate medium/large scale restaurant in prime location like Bellevue Downtown. Realizing that authentic Peking duck is lacking in the Seattle metro and accustomed to driving to Richmond and Vancouver, B.C. over the years, we decided to give Baron’s a try to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a few friends. First, parking in the Lincoln Square is convenient though a bit confusing. This is the place fevered by my family and we always go there for major events to celebration
Wonderful food and service at Baron's for a pre-thanksgiving dinner. The Duck, Ribs and Scallops are some of our favorite dishes. Great meal!!!!
Great food, great service and not too noisy. Although it was a 5pm reservation on a Sunday evening.
We were served a wrong dish and the replacement caused even more delay, and the final receipt was wrong and caused us quite a few minutes to correct too.
The food was really good. We tried the King Crab special and scallops. The desserts were also good but the seafood entrees was the best!
