************!!!! They keep buying my name and address from some low life direct marketing company even though I've been on the National Do Not Market List for decades. Also, their scam marketing always has NO RETURN ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE!!! They do that so people can't just mark it Return to Sender, Junk Mail Not Accepted!!!There is NOT ONE SINGLE LIGITIMATE BUSINESS THAT MAILS ITS MARKETING MATERIALS WITHOUT A RETURN ADDRESS ONT THE ENVELOPE!!!

If it could be no stars it would. They came to us, told us they could lower our payments and get ****** in cash. We paid out of pocket for the assessment which was 800. They came back and said that we could only get our money in escrow. That the assessment came back to low. So we agreed. They told us to not pay our mortgage payments for the next two months. I was referred to Barrett Financial by my agent after being approved by a reputable mortgage company because she said they could get me a better rate and I would have a fast closing. Instead, the whole process dragged on for months requesting additional information until it became apparent that the company they were dealing with - United Wholesale Mortgage - did not want to approve the loan because of the condo association. Can't believe this company is even in business. Contacted them about a **** and gave them my information. They responded back with 3 options from me to choose from. I chose option number one which had my home valued at $255,000. Questioned them about the value and was told that their way of determining value was always within $5,000. Continued to send documents through my account on their site. Went to log in a couple of days later and they had my loan application marked as "adverse". They are severely unprofessional and will waste your time!! They reach out to you to get your business and then are unreachable after you submit all the paperwork. I dealt with two loan officers and two supervisors and after almost one month of providing mounds of paperwork to them, they had not even submitted the paperwork to underwriting but initially bragged about getting a closing in 2 weeks. Would leave zero stars if that was an option. Contacted Barrett Financial Group to help secure a home loan. Jumped through all hoops and was given "Pre-Approval" to find a home. Once a home was found and all inspections and appraisal were completed, was told that we didn't qualify for the loan after all and that I was still responsible for all costs associated with the inspections and appraisal.
