Absolutely the worst experience! Total lack of customer service. Unwilling to make things right. I would never recommend!
All of our carpet has warped and Barrington will not stand behind their installation guarantee despite their website stating they warranty the installation for the original owner for life: https://www.barringtonflooring.com/our-warranty
Thankfully didn’t make a special trip because the moment we walked through the door it was apparent we were a bother. After reluctantly showing where to find the product we were interested in never asked if we had questions, etc. Stopped at her desk on the way out to ask for pricing and was told ‘about’ $5.00 a square foot. Couldn’t be bothered to actually look in the computer. Need 360 square feet and would have liked a more definitive answer. Lousy customer service.
We went to Barrington to replace the carpet in our sunroom with vinyl flooring. Gary seemed helpful and we asked if the stairs would be a problem. He assured us they would not. When the installers came they said that they could not do the stairs, on the phone to Gary and he said do the rest of the floor and had another guy who would do them.
