Complete screw-ups. All business of significance with them is to be avoided, no matter the added cost. We had a ductless mini-split system installed 18 August 2021. 31 days later (19 September 2021), one of four heads shorted out during a windstorm. Take note: a routine power flicker can destroy a $2,000 part. These systems have NO internal surge protection of ANY kind. They don't mention this little detail when selling you the $20,000 system. I do not recommend Barron heating and air, they installed what they call a unit with a manufactures defect, and they don’t stand behind their products. We were without heat for 7 days, with two toddlers, I was told every excuse in the book why they could not come out. I was told when they did come out that I needed a part and it couldn’t be ordered for several days and they would have to reschedule. We bought an expensive insert and it is beautiful, but within a year the thermostat went out. They fixed it and told us if it broke again, they'd replace it! Guess what, it broke and they won't do anything about it because they don't carry the product anymore. Oh well, Innovations fixed it!!!�
