Good experience with every step
A little frustrating that checks were mailed to me that I in turn had to mail to my creditor for payoff. It would have been nice to pay them off prior to the end of 2023.
From the first call to closing everything was great. Communication was spot on, never left not knowing. Professional and knowledgeable.
My process started with Michael. He took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond to help me get approved. The other person who helped me was Barry. Barry was incredible as well. Communicated with me at all times.
