I was able to handle everything over the phone.
If the original representative would have not appeared to be more of a salesman than a person to assist an existing customer about refinance and educating on the numbers and how they are calculated.
Every step of the process was clear, in addition to the e-sign website, That was my favorite part, because I didn’t have to mail papers back and forth. Very efficient and easy
The process started off great with Donald, he explained the loan process and what the expectation was. When contacted by Barry, he too explained the process but did not provide a direct contact number or email until much later in the loan process. This was an initial request from me to Barry upon our first conversation.
Everyone I worked with was very helpful and made the process a breeze. Very pleasant experience.
Communication between departments seemed a bit neglected. I had an old boss that once said . . right wrong or indifferent perception is everything.
