Gloria, Barry and Mikaylie were very professional, responsive and pleasant to work with! The only small hiccup was the title company sending the Notary a packet for me to complete/sign that was not relevant to my loan. Signing was rescheduled.
Everything was great with the exception of your IT department was rude and uncaring of our situation.
We had a great experience from the beginning to the end . The process went very smoothly. We were informed of everything that would take place and had follow up email and phone calls . Over all great service.
I truly enjoyed the experience with the mortgage team and especially with Mr. Barry Morrow he was nice, understanding knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions.
