I have to thank De they were the only person who was able to help me get my lease renewal that I have been requesting for over a month. De just happened to answer the phone (not even my apartment manager) and within a few minutes discovered that my lease renewal had been sent to a really old email address. Updated my info and got documents to me within minutes!! Great help and really great attitude Thanks De!

Mark is an outstanding employee. He came to save the day for me on a Saturday evening when my kitchen sink was left clogged by the property for 4 days and counting. The water began to overflow and pour all over my kitchen floor. Mark came out to me and got the issue resolved that same day, he deserves a pay raise because he honestly went above and beyond!!!!!
